You have probably been smoking many years in case you are reading this article. Due to that lovely chemical we call nicotine. Nicotine in and of itself is not that bad, it's the additives and chemicals added to cigarettes that wreck your health. Nicotine will not stick around your body for long. It has a half-life of around 60 minutes, meaning that six hours after a cigarette, only about 0.031 mg of the 1 mg of nicotine you inhaled remains within your body. So...you want more, and also you want to keep those levels even in your bloodstream through the day. Nicotine is approximately as harmless as caffeine within the body system.

Vaping is much like smoking, and probably the only cessation tool that mimics smoking so precisely. Making it simpler to transition from tobacco cigarettes, to vaping, to nicotine independence!

There's a slight change within the habit that occurs because you should get used to using a machine to deliver your nicotine. No more lighters, packs of cigarettes, matches, etc...

The devices mimic a cigarette but tend to be heavier and have many options. In this day and age, smoking is frowned upon. It's not popular, it does not make you cool, trendy, or smart, and really...it's just plain old rude. Vaping is the "smart" alternative, until you quit using nicotine.

Some people claim that Vaping is in fact worse for your health then smoking. I am not falling due to this. You don't have to have a high IQ to learn that Vaping will be the healthier safer alternative. It has 3-4 chemicals. Smoking has thousands. And it's much nicer on your wallet! And lets be realistic, if you've smoked for per year or longer, how concerned have you honestly been about your health? Vaping isn't as dangerous or damaging as smoking.

You'll find still small dangers affiliated with nicotine use, so caution is still advised when ingesting it. As a pure drug, nicotine has few negative effects on physical health, however it does raise blood pressure level and accelerates the progression of heart and arterial disease. So quitting altogether is the ideal goal.

My personal favorite of vaporizers
