Michael Sheen's fire-breathing talk to the Welsh team before the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar has taken social media by storm.
The Welsh actor, 53, who played the outspoken and often controversial Brian Clough in the 2009 drama The Damned United, appeared on the Sky Sports comedy panel show A League Of Their Own on Thursday night.
Host Romesh Ranganathan asked Sheen, who was offered trials at Arsenal in his youth but ultimately pursued acting, if he would give a pre-match speech to the Wales national football team.
The comedian, 44, said: 'Can I ask you, could you give us a little burst of the sort of rousing speech that you might give the Welsh lads before the game?'
Sheen replied: 'Oh my God!
That's a big responsibility.'
