I like to serve this on grilled greens or a contemporary salad. In small saucepan, mix all sauce elements. Cook over medium warmth, 4-5 minutes. Whether it’s a chop, a roast, porc Souvlaki or on a bun, pork is juicy, tender and oh so flavourful when cooking with our recipes.
Fill warmed tortillas with tenderloin strips and coleslaw. Garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve with steamed rice and Porc Souvlaki Asian slaw or extra historically Kim Chee.
Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or till browned throughout. In a small measuring cup, whisk together the Marinade/Dressing components. Toss half of cup of this mixture with the pork medallions in a big bowl.
Perfectly sliced and tender hen stir-fry is mixed with cashews in a scrumptious sauce. A ginger and lime marinade makes this nutty chicken dish burst with flavour. Great served over jasmine rice.
Sprinkle with a thin stream of olive oil and spread properly. Sprinkle with garlic salt to taste. Add peeled carrots and green beans to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, season with sea salt and toss to ensure the vegetables are nicely coated. Whisk the marinade once more and pour it into the skillet. Cook uncovered, while stirring, till the sauce bubbles and thickens barely, about 2 minutes.
