Married At First Sight's Ella Ding has revealed she is taking a break from using sex toys after becoming too dependent on her favourite vibrator.
The 28-year-old revealed on the podcast how she'd deliberately not packed her vibrator for an overseas trip for the first time in years.
She is determined to use 'manual' methods only going forward, after finding herself becoming too reliant on toys.

'I actually didn't bring my vibrator with me on this trip, and that's the first time I've done that in years,' she said.
'I was like, "You know what? I'm going to go full manual mode. I'm just going to go without, because I haven't in a long time."'
Ella said that while she loves sex toys, she has become too reliant on them.
'You know, sometimes when I'm using a toy I just get straight to it. [Now] I'm like, "You know what? Let's just take [it] down a notch and go manual,"' she said.
