A porn star is speaking out to accuse a well-known sex and relationship expert of sexual misconduct. 

Reid Mihalko, 49, has made a living preaching about the importance of consent at universities across the country. 

He first got his start in sex education back in the early aughts, when he started the cuddle party movement in New York City - non-sexual intimacy parties where attendees are required to ask permission before touching anyone. 

But porn star Kelly Shibari, 45, says that Mihalko didn't practice what he preached when the two met about eight years ago. 

In an interview with the , Shibari says she was invited to take one of Mihalko's workshops in downtown LA, and shibaqq was so excited by the lecture that she offered to drive Mihalko home. 

While she hoped to talk more about Mihalko's work on the car ride, she says he instead used the time to try and have sex with her. 

'As I drove him back to his friend's place, he spent the entire time trying to figure out how to have sex with me. I kept telling him, well, I'm a sex worker and a porn performer, you can't get this unless you pay for this and I wasn't doing any private sessions,' Shibari said.

She continued: 'He kept hammering at it, even after we parked and I said no. He'd come up with scenarios, like what if we did a video together, or different kinds of workshops. It felt like he was coming up with workshop ideas just so he could have sex.'

Eventually Shibari said she agreed to give him a hand job to get rid of him.  

'He was doing the puppy dog thing. He said, "Well if we can't have sex is there something else we can do? You're so pretty, etc." I stood my ground and he tried to come up with all these different scenarios and so I was like, "Would a handjob work?"

'It was like he didn't understand he was pushing too far and I was like, fine, I will give you a handjob if you'll just leave. I don't think he understood what he did was wrong, especially because a couple of months later he hired me for a hand sex workshop. I accepted and in a weird way that probably negated any uncomfortable scenario that happened before,' she said. 

While she continued a working relationship with Mihalko after the incident, she says she was infuriated last year when he approached her and invited her to one of his play parties. 

'I said no and stormed off. He obviously doesn't get it,' Shibari said. 'Maybe you should think about your prior interactions with someone before you approach them and apologize.'
