Two teenage girls aged 13 and 16 have died after a horror Mother's Day crash which left four other people hospitalised, police have confirmed.
The crash, which occurred in the early hours of Sunday morning in Disley, Cheshire involved a Vauxhall Corsa that the two girls were travelling in.
The driver of this car - an 18-year-old man - has been arrested by police on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. He was taken to the hospital for further checks.

The crash occurred on on the A6 between Light Alders Lane and Carr Brow in High Lane and resulted in the Vauxhall Corsa colliding with a Ford Fiesta.
The Ford Fiesta was driven by a 20-year-old woman who was hospitalised with minor injuries.
Her two passengers were reportedly a 21-year-old woman and a 14-year-old boy - both of whom were also taken to hospital with non life threatening injuries.

Following the crash, traffic around the local area was incredibly congested as police and emergency responders worked on the scene.
Pictures showed scores of cars and vans queuing far into the distance.
Police are now appealing for anyone who could have witnessed the crash or has CCTV or dash Cam Sex footage of the incident to come forward.
