Louise has shared a slew of snaps from her trip and on Wednesday appeared to be having the time of her life as she sunbathed on the balcony on her beach villa.

Earlier this week Louise and Ryan, also 30, appeared in high spirits as they enjoyed a snorkelling session before relaxing on a pontoon.

The reality star revealed she was surprised she was looking so good after being 'greedy' with her food over the past two months. 

She wrote: 'I was videoing for a reason but got distracted when I realised by bod doesn't look too bad, when I've been very greedy for pretty much all of August and September.'
