A Woolworths employee has gone viral online after sharing how customers can leave personalised messages to team members when ordering groceries online.
Sydney staff member Liam Kirley, who runs the official Woolworths TikTok page, shared a video detailing how to add notes to an order.
The feature provides shoppers with a chance to tell team to select ripened fruit, 파워볼게임 to choose items with particular use-by dates and to simply thank them for their work.
Personalised notes came at a time when online orders are at their peak due to Covid-19 having impacted the way Australians shop.

To leave a personalised note simply select a food item or product on the Woolworths app.
Then click on the tab labelled 'add personal shopper note' and write a message to the team member selecting your food.
The team member will receive the message while they scan the particular food item and complete the order.
In the video, Liam demonstrates the easy process by ordering a box of Lindt assorted chocolate balls then adds the message 'Thanks for all your hard work! Happy New Year', as an example.
