Manchester United captain Harry Maguire issued an apology to supporters after their humiliating 5-0 defeat to Liverpool at Old Trafford.

Goals from Naby Keita and Diogo Jota were followed up by a hat-trick from the in-form Mohamed Salah to cap off a miserable evening for the Red Devils.

Maguire admitted his side were 'not good enough' and that he will assess his own performance but called on everyone to stick together.
