Nicola Roberts has spoken candidly about her mental health, admitting: 'I wouldn't be where I am now without therapy.'
The Girls Aloud star, 36, urged anyone struggling to 'reach out' and added: 'It's about saying ''this is what is happening to me, it's not my fault, but my happiness matters and I'm going to put my hand up and say I need some help''.'
The hit-maker was speaking in a powerful promotional video for the NHS' new mental health campaign, in which Nicola joined the likes of Craig David and Max George in urging the nation to take better care of their mental health.
