Shanna Moakler was seen enjoying a few tequila shots while vacationing in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico amid her ex Travis Barker's hospitalization after suffering pancreatitis.

While enjoying lunch with her boyfriend Matthew Rondeau, the 47-year-old reality star, who shares two teenage children with the drummer, 46, appeared relaxed at lunch as she rocked a white dress and her bright blonde hair in a high ponytail. 

During her laid-back outing, the former pageant queen, who was married to Barker  between 2004 to 2008, was deep in conversation with her beau.

The Providence, Rhode Island-born beauty and Rondeau have dated on-and-off since 2020. 

On Thursday, the mom-of-three shared some kind words for her former spouse and his new wife Kourtney Kardashian during an interview with

'Thank you to everyone who has reached out with concern to my ex and father of my children, I know he is in great hands and surrounded by loving support and the best medical teams available and his beautiful wife Kourtney,' she told the outlet.

Moakler continued: 'I pray for a speedy recovery and for the comfort of my children as I know they are very concerned and worried. Travis has a beat the odds numerous times and I know with his support system he will do it again. I will always be there for him and my children.'

Shanna and Travis share 18-year-old Landon Barker and 16-year-old Alabama Barker. She also has a daughter — Atiana De La Hoya, 23 — with boxer Oscar De La Hoya, whom Travis considers one of his own children and has maintained a strong relationship with even after the divorce.

Shanna and Travis' tumultuous relationship took a turn when he filed for divorce in 2006, but the couple appeared to have reconciled by the following year, only to finalize their divorce in 2008.

Travis is 'expected to be OK' after he was hospitalized while suffering from pancreatitis which is believed to have been by a recent colonoscopy, it was claimed Thursday.

A source told

The insider added: 'He was in extreme pain yesterday, and he and Kourtney were both really worried. It was to the point where he could barely walk.'

The mother-of-three is also said to be staying positive as her husband recovers.

'Kourtney is trying to lift his spirits and hates seeing him in excruciating pain,' the source said.

The Blink-182 drummer remains under medical care at at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California, where Kourtney remains by his side.
