We all have a purpose for being here on this planet at this time in history. It is our choice whether we are going to execute this purpose that will bring us peace, love, joy, passion, vitality, and freedom. Every one of us has a different dharma to pursue, and it isn't an external mission, rather it is an internal pursuit. We must follow our hearts if we are ever to reach the contentment of the heart, right? Searching within is the only area to find it, and only we know should the path we are on is suitable for us.

Our dharma is our own personal liberation, and when we share it with the world the gifts bestowed are immense for all those that come in contact. Whether or not it will be a great mother or father, a well know philanthropist, a teacher of a spiritual path to awakening, and even the top spouse, our gift when given to the world makes the universe a greater area to be. It also creates Love, Peace, Passion, Joy, Vitality, and Freedom in our lives. If every decision you make is in alignment with your dharma, you may see that as being rather confining. However I encourage you to seek for yourself, to witness the paradox. It is an amazing freedom to understand that the path you are on is the exact right path at this moment in your life.

Dark-Soul-Path-Of-Awakening-icon-1.gifMorality is usually defined as the ability of a person to distinguish good and evil or right and wrong. A moral man follows the path of good and righteousness. The system of determining right and wrong could be established by some authority, for example a Churches, an institution, a society, a government or through the individual himself. Thus logically the moral codes must be different for each society, religion or even individual. Thus lots of individuals consider morality as individualistic which is based on time and society. Often it's argued that there can no universal principles of morality.

Our total well being relies upon on or inner peace and happiness, not the items we own or our status in society. External development and material things have blurred our view of what is truly crucial in life. The only way to improve our quality of life isn't to go subscribe to corporate greed but to practice Dharma and get control of our inner selves. Think about it, do you really need a big fancy TV or perhaps a big expensive house? Even when those things do make you happy for awhile, how long does the feeling last? The point is just not give these things up completely but to live life in moderation. Buddha can teach us just how to find pure, lasting happiness by utilizing Dharma as a guide!

Whenever we decide that it is truly time for a change, and accept Buddha's teachings into our daily way of life we can over come the obstacles of greed and use each problem we encounter as a present to learn and grow. Without inner peace, outer peace is impossible. Whenever we can control our thoughts and minds by following spiritual paths then outer peace will flow naturally into our lives.

Once we are living a life in pursuit of our dharma, we have committed to being at cause for everything that we do. Until that point we have been living a life in the Karmic circle, which has been at effect for everything that happens in our life. Most of us are already in a place where it just feels like we have no control, and life just appears to be happening to us. We get caught up in how life "should be" as opposed to being focused on how we "should be". Until we know who we actually are, and take the deep inner journey to find out who we have been independent of class, creed, skin color, sexual orientation. As one of my favorite speakers, Stedman Graham said, "the only line that matters on your drivers license should be the line with your name on it. On the other hand, to often times we associate more with another lines to tell us who we have been."

As soon as you know who you are and what your own dharma is, you shall start to notice that even the largest and most painful situations in life never happen to you. Rather they will happen for you.
