Samantha Mumba and Tara Reid posed up a storm at the opening of The House of Barrie in Los Angeles on Tuesday evening.  

Singer Samantha, 39, put on a daring display as she flashed underboob in a black sheer paneled one shoulder midi dress as she beamed on the red carpet. 

The beauty elevated her frame in a pair of nude pointed toe heels and slicked her brunette tresses back in a curly ponytail. 

Samantha donned a radiant bronzed palette of makeup including fluttering lashes as she posed with her hand on her hip in the daring one sleeved outfit. 

Meanwhile Tara opted for a plunging sequinned blue blouse which she teamed with a pair of fitted brown trousers. 

The American Pie actress, 46, elevated her figure in a pair of wedged khaki gladiator sandals and accessorised the look with dazzling heart pendant necklaces. 

The beauty boasted a bold palette of makeup including black eye liner, bright pink lipstick and blushed cheeks. 

She styled her long blonde tresses poker straight and in a side parting. 

Tara posed for a number of snaps at the event as she lounged on a sofa that colour coordinated with her outfit. 

The appearance comes after Tara revealed that a fifth entry to the American Pie franchise is in the works. 

The movie star revealed the news during an interview with Entertainment Tonight last year.

Tara said that a fifth installment 'might happen,' adding: 'Ok, I can't tell you when, because I don't really know when, because we have to get all the actors and at the same time to get our schedules together.'

She added: 'There is a script out there..

I'll put it that way,' noting that she's read it and couldn't be happier with how its turned out.

'It's one of the best ones [of the series]... It's amazing,' noting that the sequel 'will happen, I just don't know when.'

Since her hinting at a fifth film, nothing has been formally announced.

The first American Pie film in the franchise premiered in 1999, becoming a breakout project for its stars.

Jason Biggs, Tara, Alyson Hannigan, Chris Klein, Shannon Elizabeth, Eugene Levy , Jennifer Coolidge and Seann Willian Scott starred in the debut film.

It became a massive hit, grossing over $235 million at the box office, spawning three follow up films.
