Riley Keough looked effortlessly chic on Wednesday when she was spotted in Midtown Manhattan heading to an event to promote her upcoming Amazon miniseries Daisy Jones & The Six.

The 33-year-old actress — who recently admitted that she lied about being a singer in order to win her lead part — looked too cool for school in a fuzzy yellow overcoat and tortoiseshell Oliver Peoples sunglasses while arriving with some of her cast mates, including her costar Sam Claflin.

They star in the series, which premieres on Amazon Prime streaming on March 3, as members of the eponymous rock band, a fictional group that breaks up at the height of its fame in the 1970s.

The series is inspired by the best-selling novel of the same name by Taylor Jenkins Reid, which was in turn inspired by the author's experiences watching videos of Fleetwood Mac.

Riley was seen strutting out of a car and onto the sidewalk in her thick yellow cashmere cat, which had an intriguing lapel-free design and long, baggy sleeves that completely swallowed up her hands.
