Shelly Horton Will Have A 'year Of Health' Like Rebel Wilson

Shelly Horton has revealed that she is undergoing her own 'year of health' - inspired by the journey actress Rebel Wilson took over 2020.

The Talking Married host, 48, revealed that her New Year's Resolution is to change her lifestyle like the Pitch Perfect star did.

'I want to follow Rebel Wilson and have a Year of Health,' she told on Friday.

'Now I've moved home to Queensland, the sun and the beach encourages you to be more active and have a healthier lifestyle, so I want to lean in to it,' she added. 

The Australian actress, 41, has lost more than 35kg (5.5 stone, 77 lbs) after embarking on rigorous health and fitness journey in 2019. 

The Bridesmaids star announced last November she had reached her goal weight of 75kg (11.8 stone, 165 pounds).
